Further Mathematics is an extension of the Mathematics and Mechanics Course. You will study extra modules in Pure Mathematics and Mechanics as well as Statistics and Decision Mathematics. Decision Mathematics uses the techniques of discrete mathematics to solve real life problems in many areas.
A-Level mathematics is an excellent foundation for both further study and employment. It remains a particularly impressive qualification that demonstrates core intelligence, a logical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.
